Poetry, Writing Stories The earth knows our time September 13, 2015 tribalmysticstories, lazylittlefrog.com 9 Comments Among thousands that came to farewell my cousin George at his funeral over a week ago was this young man. It was so interesting to watch him come up to the grave and stand there, mesmerised by what was before him. I wondered what was going through his young mind. Mortality – the mystery of it all, the fear of it, the thoughtfulness it inspires when we are faced with it, so much to say, but the poem is best. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
I’m sorry for the loss of your cousin. To me, the “hole in the ground” the freshly dug grave site speaks volumes. A silent voice with a hundred untold stories. Hugs. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
That’s the mystery of life. Many fear to die but if you understand the purpose of life, you will be happy when it’s time to say goodbye. LikeLike Reply
I hope that when it takes me, that peace fills me as well as those that still wait… LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
